Regards croisés sur la réforme du droit des obligations en France et en Belgique
Résumé
In France, the return of the law of obligations has been initiated at the beginning of the 2000s. The ordinance of February 10th, 2016, deals with contract law, whereas the reform of tort law still remains a project. In Belgium, one hundred and thirty years after François Laurent completed his "Avant-projet de révision du Code civil", a text which is still relevant for Belgium and France, the Minister of Justice has initiated in 2015 a vast array of reforms of codifications, including the Civil code.
